For sale: EP Garage intercooler kits for ep91,ep82,ep71 with 4e/5e swap

Item Condition: brand new!

Price and price conditions: $360.00

Extra Info: I brought a range of products in badged EP Garage. They are all purpose made for starlets.
The intercooler kits are a copy of hybrid (HDi) kits with the shortest intercooler pipes possible.
Specs: 570x210x100 bar and plate core (not including end tank length)
High polish piping kit coated to prevent discolouring
Large port for best vent and fits most BOV mounts such as turbosmart ect. and close to throttle body
All silicone joins and perfect seal clamps with mounting brackets included
Power steering, stock radiator and aircon friendly
Large 100mm core allows for big boost levels with zero pressure drop
Easy install and fit up (some bumper trimming may be needed to fit the intercooler core as most front mount kits need)

NOTE: While these kits are specifically made for the CT9 turbo, they can very easily be made to fit up to any turbo kit by removing the turbo exit pipe kit and the turbo connected to the pipe kit from the underside of the turbo. IE; rotating the core to face in a convenient spot.

Contact Details: Me here via pm or call for those who have my number.

Location: Casula, NSW, Australia.

Delivery & Conditions of Delivery: Free postage Aust wide. Discount available for pick up or if you have your own courier.

As usual, I've tried to bring a range of products in to help us out over here without spending massive amounts of money on products that are no better in performance but don't carry the big name tags or overheads.
I have trial fitted these kits and also compared them to the real HDi kits and its hard to spot any difference besides the mount points on the tanks.
The BOV location is set up to fit my style BOV that I sell on here too and is compact enough to fit next to the factory fittings without interference and can be plumbed back easily for legality reasons.
Cheers guys.

Hey Paul, nice work on these.

Have you got any pics of these fitted to an EP82? When you say "aircon friendly" does that mean clearing the front fan as well? I can imagine it's tight.

Brendon.

Hey Brendon and togue,
I did fit one to an ep82 with aircon and I did have to mess with the fan at the bottom. I trimmed back the mesh cover on it and also pushed the receiver dryer back a bit but it did fit eventually.
The bar was the biggest issue. It fit in behind but I had to trim it a fair bit. The bottom was already cut out so I didn't mind cutting a bit more. The good thing was I could still keep the fog lights in place. The cooler sits right forward tho coz of the thickness. 100mm core is thick!
They still keep the fins in place but cut right back to close to the front of the bar. I'll try get a pic if I can coz now the car it was tested on is now sold and a different bar put on the car.
The pipes fit round the air con and power steer pumps easy. The biggest issue with the aircon was the bottom cover of the fan and the receiver dryer.

I've also got some inlet manifolds as well but I haven't tested them yet so I can't sell them....
Hopefully soon I can test them on someone's car and see how they perform.
Also exhaust manifolds and dumps with ex gate and internal gate setups for scooby flanged turbos.
Here's some pix.

The dumps are cast and the mani and dump kits are speed vision ones. I didn't get them from speed vision but when I compared them I couldn't tell which ones were mine or theirs.
Dumps have 02 sensor port too.

Hey Paul I'd be interested in the inlet manifolds

Would you have a rough price you would be looking at for these?

Do you think they would fit the ep71 with 4efte in it?

Yeah man they should fit.
The 71 actually has more room than the 82 with a 4e in it.
Mine fits my own custom inlet in it and its bigger than there ones are.

That's the inlet mani I made for my car and its a fair bit longer and fits easy in my 71. I used this ep82 to model it off so I know it will fit all engine bays and the EP Garage ones are a bit shorter and smaller. They do sit a bit straighter tho. I just had no control on their construction of the runner shape. Mine I obviously could do what I like. Slightly different but hey, mine cost me 3x more to make.... Cost me 160 just for the bell mouths alone!
The EP Garage manis will be SOLD OUT! inc post aust wide which include the the throttle body. The throttle body is compatible with the ep82/91 turbo TPS. the D shaped shaft style fitment

My inlet mani just cost me way too much to make.

These pix are of my inlet mani not the EP Garage ones. I'm just showing you the difference in angle of inlet tract and from there hopefully u can imagine how they will fit up on the engine.

I'll try get a pic this avo of what the EP Garage inlets look like and fit up to an ep82 this avo if I go past the graveyard. I've still got an ep82 with no inlet on it so ill try that this avo.
Like I said, I know they fit, I just want to k ow they actually do something for ppl instead of charging them for something that turned their car into a pig.
Also gotta make sure I can make power steering work with its vacuum needed in front of the throttle body for the boost not to leak out and vacuum to work when closed throttle.
Shouldn't be too hard but might tap a bung into the TB to make it easy for everyone. Unless you don't run power steer.... Lol
Also these obviously do not run cold start valves in them as there not a stock throttle body.
The TB is 65mm compared to factory 50mm on the FTE mani.

There are some pix of the inlet mani on a ep82. The heater hoses seem to get in the way so if you want a heater to be connected, you may have to mod the heater hoses. It sits quite low as the pix will show

Yeah I seen that.....
I don't think I can post up pix anymore in my thread.
The mani and dump combos are all sold except for one exhaust mani n dump.
I've gotta place another order with them.
I've just bought too many cars over the last week.
Prob should have bought your 82.
I bought a Glanza 5e t28 combo with coilsovers and all that jazz and couldn't pass up the offer.
One left guys.
Non external gate style.
Should also mention that they come with gaskets too! All 3 gaskets.
