Hi Stu,

yep - tiptronic auto - automatic with sports shift if you like - it's actually pretty good as you can control the gear selection almost completely. Only thing it does automatically is downshift when your speed drops below a certain point and you can't upshift until you reach/exceed that speed. It will not upshift if you don't want it to, which I love.
Of course, you can still put it in "D" and drive like any other automatic out there.

All AWD Magnas hav this 5spd auto with sports shift. But if you're a real enthusiast, I can hook you up with someone doing manual conversions.

Kms = 180,000. It's about to get a service and wash. :)

Rego is due - if I pay for the rego, price will increase. If anyone is considering this and is on a pension and gets free rego, then get in quick, please ! :)
Car will be sold with a pink slip / safety inspection.

I nearly bought one of these about 5 years ago and wish i had. They're a great car and very understated. Not the fastest, not the flashiest and not the most sophisticated but they work well as an all-round package. Good luck with the sale dude.

Thanks Stu, but not enough luck my way yet. :)

Magna is still for sale. If you know anyone that's needing a cheap family friendly car, tell them about my Magna. :)

I have to say one thing, Mitsubishi Australia sorted the AWD system in a major way.
This Magna has much better handling and power management than Subaru. Subaru tends to understeer too much, but the Magna is very well balanced.
Definitely under rated is the Magna.

FYI, a 6g75 engine swap isn't too hard to do. That's the 3.8L engine from the Mitsu 380. In the 380 that engine is rated around 170kW but is choked by restrictive manifolds and cat converters. When used in an older Magna, power is more like 200kW :)
Am I interesting anyone's creative side ??

Ciao!
