Hi, I ordered a HKS actuator from Troy, and 22 days later I finally recieved it.
In hindsight, I should of just ordered from Japan, just as much headache only cheaper. sad.gif

Hi,

First of all I do apologize for you feeling like you didn't the best deal and/or service. The item was sent asap, but as I mentioned was returned undelivered. Unfortunately I have no control over the post once it is sent. Registered post is an option but also increases the price.

Sorry mate.

Hope you give me the oppurtunity in the future to provide a good service at a great price.

Thanks,
Troy

Ok,

Wow, That's one side of the story and I don't really want to get into an argument on here. I spoke with you when you received the goods and it was left that you were going to find out how much to repair these "cracks" and get back to me.
That was a little while ago and I have not heard from you since. I think you can see from the other posts on here that I'm not in the business of scamming people and would like to resolve the issue and hopefully get you to edit your post.

PM me here or email tfuller@pgamember.org.au.

Thank you
Troy

A few posts have been deleted. This has been discussed enough. Both parties have each others details now and can sort it out off the forum.
